Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a large double bed with views overlooking the valley and mountains.  The room also has a double wardrobe and a fan for your convenience.
 
Bedroom 2
This bedroom has a double bed, a double wardrobe and a fan for your convenience.
 
Living Room
The living room has a settee, armchair and bed-settee which converts into a very comfortable double bed.  There is also a portable TV and a CD player for your use.  We advise you to bring your own Sky card (if you have one) to maximise the use of the channels available.  There is a very attractive and homely open fire place in the living area which houses a log-effect electric fire for the winter months.  
 
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted, including all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.  There is a new washing machine for your use, in addition to a fridge and microwave. 
 
Upper Level Bathroom
The fully tiled bathroom is fitted with a sink, wc and shower over bath.
 
Patio Area
The back kitchen door leads to an enclosed patio area which houses a table and four chairs for your use. 
 
Balconies
Outside the front of the villa are two balconies, allowing you to relax and watch the amazing sunsets over the mountains or enjoy the beautiful, hot sunshine.  The views are truly exquisite and the tranquil gardens are a sight to be seen.
 
GROUND LEVEL

Bedroom 3
This spacious bedroom is on the lower level, with twin beds and could easily accommodate a travel cot or an additional small bed.  This bedroom also has a table and four chairs and has its own kettle, toaster and fan for your convenience.  There is a fully tiled en-suite bathroom and wc.  There are two double wardrobes in this bedroom which gives plenty of space for suitcases etc. 
 
Swimming Pool
The pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is very tranquil,  it is a shared facility for the benefit of all the residents.  There is a shallow end for the use of smaller children.

Parking
There is parking for one car outside the villa and parking on the roadside for a second car if required.
 
Smoking
We would appreciate it if you did not smoke in the villa.
 
A travel cot is available for use at the villa.

Bed Linen
These are provided on a weekly basis but you are required to take your own beach towels.
