21 Puerto Viejo is a white washed linked villa, laid out
on two levels.
The villa is part of a small friendly community of 20
villas with communal gardens and a large communal swimming
pool with a shallow end for younger children. The house is
located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the hillside
above the bay of El Portet with its sandy Blue Flag beach,
beach bars, restaurants, a small supermarket and a chemist
only a 15 minute walk away. The main town of Moraira with
its shops, restaurants and beaches is 5 minutes away in the
car.
Steps leading up to the fully equipped main living
accommodation on the first floor – living room,
kitchen, two bedrooms (both doubles), bathroom and open
terrace with views over the valley towards the Sierra
Bernia Mountains in the distance. On the lower level, with
its own access is an underbuild containing two single beds,
bathroom, table and four chairs with its own toaster and
kettle.
The villa is comfortably furnished and fully equipped with
a washing machine and electric fire for the winter months.
There is off-road parking for one car on the villa
driveway. Although the main living accommodation is laid
out on one level, a flight of stairs leads up to the main
living accommodation.
