The villa is owned by Gerry and Sheena Grant who live in
Guernsey in the Channel Islands. They have three children
and several grandchildren. Gerry is a self-employed
builder and Sheena works as a P.A. in a Bank.
They first went to Moraira 3 years ago to visit family and
fell in love with the place. They returned this year
to look for a » place of their own in
Spain and fell in love with the villa.
Moraira is a small, friendly, beautiful little town which
reminds them a lot of the beauty of Guernsey but with
better weather! They would recommend it to both
families or couples, as it is a place with fantastic
restaurants and surrounding beauty which will take your
breath away.
